Your name, address and telephone number will be provided to the carriers to allow them to deliver your order.
Where it is necessary to validate the warranty on your purchase we may complete and submit the registration details on your behalf. Typically this would involve supplying your name, address, telephone number and details of the equipment purchased to the manufacturer of the equipment or the manufacturer's UK representative if the manufacturer is not UK based.
Except as already mentioned, we will not provide your personal details to others.
Pricing
Prices are correct at the time of publishing and exclude VAT. They are in United Kingdom pounds sterling. Our minimum order is £40.00. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Delivery and payment.
Goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared unless prior arrangement have been made and confirmed in writing.
Payments can be made by credit / debit cards or cheque.
Our standard delivery is Express delivery sent by various carriers on an overnight service. Next day delivery is not guaranteed, when goods do not arrive when specified it is up to the customer to let us know. If goods are damaged or lost using this service Us 4 Slush Limited will replace as soon as confirmation has been made by our carrier.
An optional economy service is available free to specified areas of the UK.
Goods sent by economy are sent on 3 - 5 day service. A day or time of delivery will not be specified.
Goods lost or damaged using this service will only be replaced after 10 days, or when confirmation has been received by our carrier. (whichever is the earliest)

At Us 4 Slush LTD. we are, of course, very happy each time you wish to order goods from us. Occasionally, though, we know that you may want to return items to us, so below is our Returns Policy.
Return of all Items
We accept the return of items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. To return an item to us you must telephone us within 7 days of their delivery to inform us of your intention to do so. If you return goods, as detailed, within 21 days of delivery to you, we will issue a refund to you for the price you paid for the item less the cost of transporting the goods to you and less any other charges we have incurred in fulfilling your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Defective Items
You can always return items to us if they are defective. Please note that we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. In the case of a defective product, when returning an item please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item to us in its original packaging together with all warranty documents, manuals and accessories if applicable. For your protection we would recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery Service. Our Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Cancelling an Item
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have the right to cancel the Contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. This applies to all of our products.
To cancel the Contract please package the relevant item securely and mark the package "Contract Cancellation" and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
